Coy Aylett, 91, has been a patient of Dr. John C. Sayre since 1993. On Friday, Dec. 17, Aylett was officially the last patient seen by Dr. Sayre on his last day at work at his office on Leslie Street. Aylett’s son Mike reported everything was fine during his dad’s check-up.
