Sandra Diane O’Neal Whittington, 82, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Sept. 19, 2020.
She was born Jan. 28, 1948, in Nashville, the daughter of the late Roy Jurdon O’Neal and Linda Faye Wade. She was a Nashville High School grad, and was nursing home administrator until retirement.
Survivors include: her children, Todd McCullough and wife, Jamie, of Garfield, Ark., and Toni McCullough of Bella Vista; sisters, Susan Smith and husband Mark of Nashville, and Shelia Hardin of Ashdown; also grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private family celebration of life will be held. Memorials may be made to a local animal shelter.
