A summer mini cheer camp will be held on July 18-19 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Murfreesboro High School Activity Room.
Students ages 6-12 from any surrounding school are invited to attend the camp.
Cost is $30 per child, with sibling discounts available upon request.
The camp attendees will learn cheers, age appropriate stunts and tumbling and participate in games/crafts.
Signups will be accepted up until the day of the event, but those who register the day of the event will not be guaranteed a camp T-shirt.
Parents will signs waivers the first day of camp as the children are dropped off.
Parents are asked to provide their children with a lunch. A small bar will be available with items for purchase, but only with snack items.
Camp attendees will display their newfound skills between 1 and 2 p.m. for those who wish to attend.
Students that attend the Friday date are asked to also bring a change of clothes and a towel to participate in the scheduled water games.
