Gussie Ann Hughitt, 86, of Murfreesboro, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019.
She was born June 14, 1932, in Petit Jean, Ark., the daughter of the late James Andrew Taylor and Laura Ann Goodnight Taylor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Hughitt; and three children, Laura Dillard, David Thomas and Terry Thomas.
Survivors include: children Roger Thomas of Murfreesboro, Wendell Thomas of Mena, Marvella Hughitt and Martha McCauley of Murfreesboro; a brother, Ned Taylor of Morrilton; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A family directed memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2019, at Eddie’s Place, Kirby, Ark.
