Edd Lee, 86, of Murfreesboro, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017 in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. He was born on March 21, 1931 in Delight, Arkansas the son of the late George Edward Lee Sr. and Maggie Fretwell Lee.
Mr. Lee’s faith was Assembly of God, and was well known in the Murfreesboro Community.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ella Lee; five brothers Moses Lee, Woodraw Lee, Orville Lee, Willis Lee, and Douglas Lee. Six sisters Elise Lowery, Eva Ross, Adell Hill, Georgia Lockwood, Lillie Lockeby, and Opal Fave.
Survivors include by one brother George Edward Lee Jr., of Hot Springs, AR; four sisters Lois Morrison of Poyen, AR; Shirley Thorton of AL; Hazel Williams of WA; and Josie Littles of Delight, AR; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and a number of friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 12, at the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Murfreesboro.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 13, at Delight Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro.
