Rebecca Ann Priddy of Pencil Bluff, Arkansas passed away peacefully on May 12, 2017, at the age of 86. She was born on January 31, 1931 in Forrest City, AR to Richard Porter and Birdie Myers. On August 19, 1951 she married the love of her life Charles Hill Priddy in Forrest City, AR.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Richard Porter and two sisters, Maureen Devazier and Freddie Ann Daugeau.
Rebecca is survived by her husband of 65 years, Charles Priddy; sons Hilan Priddy (Sharon), Ronald Priddy (Sherry) and Stephen Priddy (Charlotte); grandchildren Jennifer Nichols (Jeff), Anna Kuykendall (Craig), Kyle Priddy (Linden), Amelia Odom (Tim) and Jill Hilburn (Chris); and 12 great- grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held August 5, 2017 at 10:30 at Pencil Bluff First Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Pencil Bluff First Baptist Church, PO Box 70 Pencil Bluff, AR 71965. Arrangements were made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida, AR.
