Mary Jane Pickett, 94, of Lockesburg, died Wednesday, May 24, 2017.
She was born Aug. 14, 1922, in Athens, Ark, the daughter of the late James Frank and Minnie Elizabeth Stacy Pickett.
She was a beautician and co-owner of The Beauty Shop in Lockesburg. She was a member of the Old Union Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Wesley Pickett, Claude Pickett, James Pickett and Robert Pickett.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 27, 2017, in the Old Union Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Donny Davis and Bro. James Gathright officiating. Burial followed in Old Union Cemetery under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
The family received friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday, May 26 at the funeral home.
