Roy Hickman, 72 of Nashville, died Monday May 22, 2017 in Hot Springs.
He was born March 28, 1945 in Nashville, the son of the late Lenard Hickman and Annie Bell Briggs Hickman.
He was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Nashville, and was a US Army veteran of Vietnam.
Survivors include: sons Gregory Hickman and wife, Rosetta, of Jacksonville, Fla.; Aaron Hickman and wife, Sandra, of Elizabeth City, N.C.; Kenneth Hickman of Mineral Springs; Quincy Hickman of Kansas City, Mo.; two sisters Marlene Cooper of Marrietta, Texas; and LeAnn Stewart of Port Arthur, Texas; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Nashville, with Rev. Marlon Benson officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.Â
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, May 26, at the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Nashville.
