Lloyd Smalling, 94, of Eugene, Ore., formerly of Nashville, died April 25, 2017 in Eugene.
He was born March 20, 1923, in Glenwood, Ark., and was a US Army veteran of WWII.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel. Survivors include two sons, Gary and Gordon; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was buried with military honors May 6, 2017, in Eugene, Ore.
