Florene Coulter, 89, of Mineral Springs, Ark., died May 11, 2017, in Nashville, Ark.
She was born April 4, 1928, in Mineral Springs, the daughter of George Williams, Sr., and Pinkey Williams. She was a member of Hickory Grove C.M.E. Church.
She was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Coulter, and stepson, Gene Lewis Coulter.
Survivors include: her husband, Lonnie C. Coulter, Jr., of Mineral Springs; three sons, Lonnie J. Coulter of Fayetteville, N.C, and Terry and Gary Coulter, both of Mineral Springs; eight daughters, Doris Tolliver of Springfield, Mo., Elsie Harbour, Toledo, Ohio, Katie Malone of Frisco, Texas, Minnie Coulter of Texarkana, Ark., Jacklin Womack of Little Rock, Angelor Wilkes of Springfield, Mo., Sherally Haskin of Bryan, Texas, and Anna Martin of Little Rock.; also 22 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Floyd T. Jeans CME Church in Tollette, Ark. Visitation will be from 12:45 p.m. until service time. Rev. Phyllis Hamilton will officiate.
Burial will be at Hickory Grove Cemetery under the direction of Hicks Funeral Home, Hope.
