Delmar Joseph Garretson, 64, of Berryville, Ark., died Saturday, May 6, 2017, in Berryville.
He was born July 31, 1952 in Princeton, Ill., the son of the late Joseph Boyd and Mabel Barbara Hostetler Garretson.
Survivors include: his wife, Leanna Mary Hostetler Garretson; five children, daughter, Marlea Kropf and husband, Jason, of Berryville; daughter Lanae Kropf and husband, Marlin, of Wendall, Ida.; daughter, Lillian Blosser and husband, Rodney, of Buffalo, Mo.; a son, Charles Garretson and wife, Joni, of Montrose, Colo.; a daughter, Marisa Knox and husband, Abe, of Berryville; four brothers, Duane Garretson of Sedalia, Mo.; Clayton Garretson of Shelbina, Mo.; Virgil Garretson of Sheffield, Ill.; Marvin Garretson of Prophetstown, Ill.; five sisters, Marilyn Kropf, of Tampico, Ill.; Carol Hostetler of Nashville, Ark.; Cheryl Hostetler of Nashville; Clara Hostetler of Maquoketa, Iowa; Clarene Hostetler of Bellevue, Iowa; also 23 grandchildren.
Visitation was 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday, May 8, 2017 at the Bethel A.M. School, Berryville.
Funeral services was 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at the Bethel A.M. Church, Berryville with Richard Blosser, Carlin Hostetler, Doyle Kropf and Clifford Hostetler officiating.
Interment followed in the Bethel A.M. Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service, Inc.
