Timothy Roger Hoover, 40, of Conway Human Development Center, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017.
He was born Aug. 14, 1976, the son of Wendell Hoover of McCaskill, and Rita Hoover-McConnell of Maumelle. He was a former client at the Howard County Children’s Center.
Survivors include his parents and his stepfather, Jim McConnell of Maumelle, and by his CHDC family.
Visitation was noon-1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, followed by the funeral service. Burial was in Riverwood Memorial Gardens, Maumelle.
