Thelma Marie (Cavnor) Ford was born September 10, 1934, in Hot Springs, AR. She was welcomed into the arms of her Savior on February 4, 2017, in Hot Springs, AR. She was a wonderful and extremely devoted wife, mom and granny.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years Don Ford of Oden, AR; her daughter Donna Burris of Euless, TX; her son Mike Ford and his wife Terri of Bedford, TX; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 at Thornton Funeral Home in Mt. Ida, AR. Service will be at Oden First Baptist Church, Oden, AR, Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. with Brother Richard Posey officiating. Pallbearers: Bryan Burris, Paul Burris, Jared Ford, Clint Ford, Brandon Burris, Blake Burris and Salvador Perez. Honorary Pallbearers: Randy Carter and Don Monk. Arrangements were made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida, AR.
