Juanita E. Baxter, passed away on October 20, 2016. She was born to Earl and Ollie Mae Stovall Edmonds on September 4, 1935. On October 23, 1954 she married William Baxter, Jr. who proceeded her in death. She is also proceeded in death by two brothers, Arvin Edmonds, Claude Edmonds and one sister, Eulene Tabor.
She is survived by her son, Mike Baxter and his wife Debbie and the light of her life, her grandsons Chris and his wife Christy, their children Christine and Bryson; Cody Baxter and his ancée, Nikki Davis and children, Carter and Cayden, brother, Lloyd Edmonds, special friend Kathy Summitt and lots of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service were held October 22, 2016, 10:00 a.m. at the Lone Valley Cemetery in Sims with Brother Russell Hull officiating.
Honorary Pallbearers are the staff of the Montgomery County Assisted Living and the Montgomery County Nursing Home, especially hall 1.
Arrangements were made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home of Mount Ida, AR.
