Don Coulter, 83, of Nashville died Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016, at his home.

He was born Aug. 16, 1933, the son of the late Sen. Nathan and Grace Coulter. He was a graduate of Nashville High School and the University of Arkansas, and was a US Navy helicopter pilot before returning to his hometown to manage his business, Southwest Arkansas Furniture.
He is survived by his wife, BG Coulter of Nashville; three sons, Nate and John Coulter of Little Rock, and Rob Coulter of Nashville; also grandchildren and in-laws.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the funeral home.
