DONATIONS HEADED FOR LOUISIANA. The county chapter of the Salvation Army has gathered a truckload of items desperately needed by flood victims in south Louisiana. Some of the items were placed on pallets and were wrapped in plastic for the journey at the Howard County Children’s Center warehouse.
