Jennifer Kaye Williams, 47, of Texarkana, Texas, died July 9, 2016.
She was born Nov. 1, 1968, the daughter of Judy Blaine and the late Robert Williams.
She was preceded in death by her father, and her stepfather, Thomas Blaine.
Survivors include her mother, Judy Blaine; a sister, Kimberly Ford of Hot Springs; and aunts.
She was cremated under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home. A memorial service was held Friday, July 15, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Queen City Funeral Home.
