Brigitte Josaphine Szel, 72, of Story passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016. She was born December 5, 1943 in Germany.
Brigitte was an executive secretary for Rainbow Bread Company for many years. She had a love for animals that extended from her dogs and cats to all the wild animals that loved her companionship.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Dye; three sons, Terry Szel, Thomas Girullis & Shane Shipley; six daughters, Anke Susanne Willey, Gabriele Webb, Michel Ann Kocher, Melinda Neibergall, Solataire Le Thorpe & Karen Iman; seventeen grandchildren, Christopher Bruce Moore, Emilynn Szel, Claton Szel, Theodore Szel, Lilyann Szel, Trusten Kocher, Ely Kocher, Mathew Thorpe, Donavyn Collins, Jayce Collins, Ciara Collins, Ashtyn Iman, Skylyr Iman, Nickholas Reukauf, Breann Keagy, Jasmine Shipley & Jaden Shipley; six grand dogs, Alexendria, Nickalos, Kirby, Dobbie, Mar- garita & Perkasette; ive grand cats, Fuzzy, Isis, Smoky, Cuddles & Stripes; and her special friend, James Sheets.
Memorial Services was 2:00 PM Wednesday July 20th at the Montgomery County Nursing Home. Arrangements are with Hot Springs Funeral Home.
