George Kostelnik SR., age 86, of Mount Ida, AR, passed away June 23, 2016 at The Montgomery County Nursing Home.
Mr. Kostelnik was born August 16, 1929 to the late Frank and Frances (Loucka) Kostelnik. He was a Staff Sargent in the Air Force and a Veteran of the Korean War. He received the Korean Service Metal with 4 Bronze Service Stars, National Defense Service Metal, United Nations Service Metal and Good Conduct Metal. He was in the HVAC/electrical business since 1969 and he loved spending time working on his tractors.
Survivors include: Wife: Ola Belle Kostelnik, Son; George Kostelnik and wife Deyon of Mount Ida, Daughter; Dena Tabor, one Sister, Grandson; Brandon Tabor, Granddaughter; Kelli McEntire and husband Rusty of Little Rock, Great- Grandson; Bentley McEntire of Little Rock, Step-Son; Mike Moudy and wife Jane and Step-Grandson; Eric Moudy.
