Law enforcement execute search warrant on Nashville residence; two arrested on drug charges

    NASHVILLE – On May 17, members of the Nashville Police Department as well as the Howard County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at 419 W. Sypert St., the residence of Stephani Allen. The warrant stemmed from several months of undercover investigation of illegal drug sales from the residence.
    Officers took Stephani A. Allen, white female, date of birth 11/22/1976 into custody at the scene. Allen had three warrants for Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) from prior deliveries, and three counts of Distribution near Certain Facilities, (within 1000 feet of a day care center). Charges from the search warrant include Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Maintaining a Drug Premise. Officers seized approximately 1/2 pound of suspected marijuana, marijuana scales and a marijuana grinder, plastic bags, a police band scanner and $1,360 from the home, [and] $40 dollars was identified as Nashville Police Department drug buy money.
    Aliens bond on the Delivery charges was set by Circuit Judge Charles Yeargan at $20,000 per delivery and $25,000 for Maintaining a Drug Premise. Bond has not been set for the additional charges at this time.
    Also arrested at the scene was a white male identified as Gregory Pierce, date of birth 11/01/1995. Pierce was charged with misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) and posted a bond of $1,030.
    Officers involved in the warrant are, Chief Dale Pierce, Asst. Chief Amy Marion, Narcotics Investigator Mark Barnes, Lt. Clint Tedford, Sgt Ty Basiliere, Officer Justin Gamer, Officer Chris Gates, Officer Aaron Quick, Officer Keith Philamlee, K9 Officer Greg Parker, Howard County Investigator Blake Eudy, Deputy Travis Turner, Investigator Jade Hughes, Deputy Tim Bowlin, Deputy Dustin Wakefield and Deputy Joey Davis.
