Mrs. Geraldine Francis Wahle Jeanes, age 82, a resident of Arlington, Texas, died Monday, March 28, 2016, in Kennedale. She was born April 3, 1933 in Cove, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a Methodist. Mrs. Jeanes was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Eltie Chadwick Wahle; an infant brother; and two grandchildren, Tyler and Grant. She is survived by one son, Gary Jeanes of Ft. Worth, Texas; two daughters, Terri Day of Arlington, Texas and Sherri Vardemen of Burleson, Texas; five grandchildren, Jessica, Chad, Ashley, Conner and Garrett and three great-grandchildren, Jackson, Tyler and Evelyn. Funeral services for Mrs. Jeanes will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 2, 2016, in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel in Dierks with Scott Kitchens officiating.
