Undercover operation nets arrest

    NASHVILLE – On March 28, at approximately 8 a.m., officers from the Nashville Police Department served arrest warrants on Thomas Duane Millward, at his residence of 912 N. Mt. Pleasant Drive in Nashville. Millward, 57, is charged with three counts of Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), and one count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone). Millward is also charged with four counts of Distribution Near Certain Facilities due to the deliveries occurring within 1,000 feet of a school. This arrest stems from a lengthy undercover operation by the Nashville Police Department. Bond was set at $100,000 on March 23 by Circuit Judge Tom Cooper. Officers involved in this arrest are: Justin Garner, K9 Officer Greg Parker and Investigator Mark Barnes.
