Vendor applications are now available for the upcoming Howard County Spring Trade Day, which will be held on April 2, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Howard County Fairgrounds. Proceeds from booth rentals will be matched by the Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund and will be used for college scholarships for single parents in Howard County.
