DeQueen man arrested for criminal trespass at Weyerhaeuser construction site

    DIERKS – A DeQueen man was arrested Wednesday morning for trespassing on the Weyerhaeuser construction site.
    According to the arrest report prepared by Dierks Police Chief Brian White, Weyerhaeuser security called and advised him that “they had a white male wearing rubber boots and shorts trespassing inside the gate at the plant. They advised that the subject was told to leave and would not. They also advised that he was acting suspicious, and was rambling and was not making any sense with his speech.”
    White arrested Brandon Chad Lovell, 33, for criminal trespass and driving on a suspended drivers license. Lovell told White that he was driving his father’s white SUV because his had been in an accident and was being repaired.
    Lovell was transported to the Howard County Jail.
