Shannon (Shane) Ray Cook, age 39 of Nashville, Arkansas, passed away, Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in Nashville. He was born December 5, 1976 in Dequeen, Arkansas to James and Terry Holcomb Cook.
Shane was an artist, loved to hunt and fish and riding his horse. He loved being with his friends, and enjoyed his family dearly. He was a member of the Center Point Missionary Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death was his maternal grandfather, James Holcomb of Atoka, Oklahoma, also his paternal grandparents, George and Loretta Cook of Nashville.
His survivors include his parents, James and Terry Cook of Nashville; maternal grandmother; Wanda Holcomb of Atoka, Oklahoma; one sister, Brandy and husband, Shane Wilson of Nashville; nephew, Logan Wilson; two nieces, Savannah and Lillian Wilson of Nashville; and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
Graveside services will be Saturday, January 10, 2016 at Center Point Cemetery with Bro. Alan Davis officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nashville Funeral Home.
Visiting hours will be Friday from 9:00 am. until 4:00 pm. at Nashville Funeral Home.
