NASHVILLE – The city of Nashville issued 10 building permits during 2015. Five commercial building permits issued by the city had a total value of $405,000.
This included new building additions to the Howard Memorial Hospital campus, Dollartree, Los Agaves, and First State Bank.
Five residential building permits issued by the city had a total value of $224,000.
The residential permits included new additions to housing and repairs made after the May tornado in Nashville.
Other permits issued by the city included nine plumbing permits, 18 electrical permits, and seven mechanical permits for a total of $2,188.
