The Kansas City
Southern “Holiday
Express” will be visiting
Ashdown on Dec. 5, at
4 p.m. It will be located
at Main and US Highway
71. The KCS Holiday Express
is a festive, six car
train that brings Santa
Claus and his elves to
communities throughout
the company’s railroad
network. Guests to the
train can walk through
three cars filled with
holiday displays and then
visit with Santa Claus in
the caboose of the train.
Children will receive a
gift bag after visiting the
train. The event is free
and open to the public.
