A Caddo Gap teen has been charged with residential burglary after his father reported some guns had been stolen from his residence.
According to documents obtained from the Montgomery County Clerk’s Office, Austin Swanger, age 16 of Caddo Gap, was charged with residential burglary, a class B felony, and theft of property, a class D felony.
The charges stem from accusations made by his father and step mother regarding guns which had been allegedly stolen from their property.
A jury trial has been set for January 29, 2016.
