Female athlete Kayla Torbett was recognized for yet another individual state championship as well.
“Winning my first Championship within my first year of coaching was a dream come true.  It feels great to come back to my alma mater and give these great athletes that we have an opportunity to achieve greatness. We truly do have great athletes here at Caddo and it’s my privilege to get to push them to their limits and see what they are really made of. I believe that talent only gets you so far, but with hard work and talent you can achieve anything, and here at Caddo, we have so much talent to get to witness and it just makes me smile,” Coach Ellis said.
