Home catches fire on South Front Street

    A pair of Nashville firefighters work to contain a fire in a residence on South Front Street Tuesday. Firefighters arrived
    quickly after they received the call to find fire had broken through the roof of the structure.

    Tuesday, November 3, 2015 the Nashville
    Fire Department was called to a
    structure fire at 627 South Front Street.
    According to reports from the Nashville
    Fire Department, the call came in at approximately
    3:21 p.m. and firemen arrived
    on seen in less than 10 minutes.
    Sixteen firefighters responded to the
    blaze with two pump trucks and a service
    vehicle. The report stated that fire was
    visible from the roof of the structure when
    firefighters arrived. Firefighters remained
    on scene until 5:22 p.m.
    The cause of the fire is undetermined
    and the house appears to be a total loss.
