Nashville JAs accepting ‘Angel Tree’ applications

The Nashville chapter of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries is accepting applications for Angel Tree assistance.

The program is designed for economically disadvantaged families who need help providing necessary items for their children at Christmas time. Parents may apply for children ages 12-under, and families must reside in the Nashville area.

Applications may be picked up at Farmers Insurance-Ruth Steely Agency, located at 101 S. Main St., Nashville. Completed applications must be returned by postal mail or returned to the agency no later than Saturday, Nov. 7.

Junior Auxiliary is a volunteer organization with the mission of assisting local children and families.
