lundberg picNorvel Robert Lundberg, Jr., affectionately called, Bob “Tazz” , age 48, a resident of Mineral Springs, formerly of De Queen, passed away Friday, October 16, 2015 in Walsenburg, Colorado, after a courageous, lengthy battle with cancer. He was born to Norvel Robert, Sr., and Shirley F. Dennis Lundberg on June 22, 1967, in Texarkana, Texas. He was a fourth generation master plumber and owner of Tazz Plumbing. He was a member of the West Creek of Wickes Hunting Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching the Texas Rangers and the Arkansas Razorbacks, listening to the Midnight Hurricanes, and the Charlie Farley Band. He was a Duck Dynasty fan, enjoyed bull riding and calf roping at the H-4 Ranch. He loved his children, his family, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by two daughters, Kelsey Lundberg and Haley Lundberg both of Fayetteville, Arkansas, two sons, Brandon Lundberg of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Cooper Lundberg of Genoa, Arkansas, a step-daughter, Dara and Sam Cowling of Magnolia, a step-son, Dex and Whitney Wheeler of Greens Chapel, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Madlyn Lundberg and Hayden Lundberg, both of Dierks, and Jayce Lundberg of Aubrey, Texas; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sherri and Kevin Broderick of McKinney, Texas, and Karen and Greg Barrows of Frisco, Texas, two nephews, Garrett Broderick of McKinney, Texas, Justin Barrows and his finance, Kelly Lucich of Frisco,Texas, a niece, Paige Barrows of Frisco, Texas, an aunt, Earlyne Haire of Coppell, Texas, and a special friend, Christy Harvin of Genoa, Arkansas, other family members and a host of friends. Funeral services for Bob “Tazz” Lundberg will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, October 24th in Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, De Queen, Arkansas. A private family interment will be at later date. Visitation will be on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., at Chandler Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lung Cancer Research Foundation in his name, or your favorite charity.
