Nashville golfers compete in three matches

Nashville golfers competed in three recent matches.

The Nashville Country Club hosted a match Sept. 8. Nashville finished first with a 131. Scores included Colin Parnell and Zach Jamison 42, Preston Pope 47 and Jordan Conant 49.

Arkadelphia was second at 140, followed by Mena at 148.

Zach Leming of Malvern was medalist at 41.

On the girls side, Sadie Prejean was medalist at 46.

Nashville competed at Diamond Head Golf Course Sept. 3.

Fountain Lake was the winner at 119, followed by Nashville at 136 and Bauxite at 166.

The Scrappers shot a 136. Scores included Jamison 43, Parnell 44, Conant 49 and Pope 61.

Prejean was medalist in the girls division at 45.

Glenwood hosted an 18-hole match Sept. 1. Nashville shot 368 to finish behind Fountain Lake and Lake Hamilton.

Scrapper scores included Parnell and Conant 85, Jamison 90 and Pope 108.

In the girls division, Prejean was medalist at 105.
