Becky Wakefield Smith, 62, of Nashville, Arkansas passed away on Saturday August 15, 2015 in Nashville. She was born on February 17, 1953 in Texas, the daughter of the late Edgar and Gertrude “Gertie” (Young) Wakefield. Mrs. Smith attended the First Baptist Church in Nashville, and worked at Trish’s BBQ for many years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Terry Smith, and a brother Eddie Wakefield. Survivors include her son, Bryan Smith and wife Emily of Hope; one brother, Rick Wakefield and wife Betty of Orange, Texas; special friend, Trish Lingo of Nashville; and many other relatives and friends that mourn her passing. Graveside services will be on Wednesday August 19, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Saratoga Cemetery, Saratoga, Arkansas under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home Nashville. Visitation will be on Tuesday August 18, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Latimer funeral home chapel in Nashville.
