Hershell Bevill, 95, of Nashville Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday August 18, 2015 in Texarkana, Texas. He was born on February 14, 1920 in Hope, Arkansas, the son of the late Robert and Althea (DeWees) Bevill. Mr. Bevill was a member of the Chapel Hill Church of Christ, was retired from the U.S. Army, and was a prosthetist who dedicated his life helping others to enjoy life to the best of their ability. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers, and three sisters. Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Lavell Bevill of Nashville; four children, Phyllis Blanchard (John) of Nashville, Phillip Bevill (Glenna) of Redwater, Texas, Pamela Davis of Port Orange, Flordia, and Jason Bevill of Nashville; four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends that mourn his passing. Services will be at 10:00 A.M. on Friday August 21, 2015 at the Latimer Funeral Home chapel in Nashville, with Bro.
