(LITTLE ROCK, AR) -The Business and Commercial Services Division of Arkansas Secretary of State Mark Martin’s Office is reminding nonprofit corporations registered in Arkansas that the deadline to file their 2015 Annual Report is soon approaching. The deadline to file is August 1. Postcards were recently mailed to all registered domestic and foreign nonprofit organizations. Annual Reports may be prepared and updated online at www.sos.arkansas.gov/BCS.Â
A fillable-PDF form is also available on the Secretary of State website if organizations prefer to prepare their report that way and mail it in. The form can be accessed at http://1.usa.gov/1OdGnMR.
